I am an experienced professional in web hosting support, with skills in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and hosting operations.

I have hands-on experience with website hosting, domains, servers, and basic tech support tasks. I am adept at managing typical hosting problems and can clearly and simply explain technical solutions.
I worked for 7 months as a Customer Service Executive in a web hosting company, where I handled client communication, issue resolution, and service-related support.
